Method |

Heat
oil and add onions until translucent, stir constantly. Add small amounts of
water if dry |
|

Gradually add spices, Mix well for 5-7 mins. Then tomatoes. Add vegetables
or chicken. Stir for 5 mins. |

Reduce to a low heat, add water & cover pan and allow to simmer for 20-30
minutes. |

Stir
every 5-10 mins. |
