Olive Oil |

Tomatoes |

Onion |

25g |
Garlic |

Root Ginger |

200ml |
Coconut Milk |

Paprika |

Garam Masla |

Method |

Heat
oil and add onions until translucent, add Garlic & Ginger, stir
constantly. Add small amounts of water if dry |

Gradually add spices, Mix well for 5-7 mins. Then tomatoes. Add vegetables
or chicken. Stir for 5 mins |

Reduce to a low heat, cover pan and allow to simmer for 20 minutes. Add
Coconut Milk and simmer for 10 mins. Stir every 5-10 mins. |
