Korma Curry

 

  Serves 4            Made in 20mins  
       
Ingredients

 

Chicken Korma

3tblsp Olive Oil
  200g Tomatoes
  1 Onion
  25g Garlic
  25g Root Ginger
  200ml Coconut Milk
 

˝tsp

Paprika
 

˝tsp

Garam Masla
  2tsp Coriander Powder
  2tsp Cumin Powder
    Salt to taste  
 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

 

 

1.

Heat oil and add onions until translucent, add Garlic & Ginger, stir          constantly. Add  small amounts of    water if dry

 

 

2.

Gradually add spices,  Mix well for  5-7 mins. Then tomatoes. Add vegetables or chicken. Stir for 5 mins

 

 

3.

Reduce to a low heat, cover pan and allow to  simmer for 20 minutes.  Add Coconut Milk and simmer for 10 mins.  Stir every 5-10 mins.
