Method |

Heat
oil in a wok/ karahi. |

Sieve
gram flour & Slice onion, chillies and potatoes. Mix all spices with
ingredients and add water. |

Using a spoon scoop up batter and place in oil & deep fry for up to 5
minutes until golden brown. |

Keep
turning the Pakoras for even cooking. Drain excess oil on plate with kitchen
paper and enjoy!! |
