Pakoras

 

  Serves 4            Made in 20mins

 

       
Ingredients

200g Gram Flour
  2tsp Chilli Powder  
  2-3tsp Garam Masala  
  2tsp Cumin Seeds  
 

2tsp

Coriander Seeds

 

  ˝tsp

Baking Powder

 

 

150ml

Water

 

  2 Onions  
  2 Green Chillies  
  1 Potato  
    Choice of other veg  
 

 

 

 

 

 

Method

 

 

1.

Heat oil in a wok/ karahi.

 

 

2.

 Sieve gram flour & Slice onion,     chillies and potatoes.  Mix all spices with ingredients and add water.

 

 

3.

Using a spoon scoop up batter and place in oil & deep fry for up to 5  minutes until golden brown.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.

Keep turning the Pakoras for even cooking. Drain excess oil on plate with kitchen paper and enjoy!!
