"We had decided to go out for a meal as it was going to be a bit of a reunion.  Where to go was a bit of a problem in terms of good food plus the opportunity for a good old natter.  Then we heard about Saj and her home catering service and decided to give her a go.  She offered a choice of menu items so we were all catered for."

"Saj came prepared with all the ingredients and cooked us a traditional Indian meal in the comfort of our home.  We had all sorts of fayre made from the best of fresh ingredients and the pace was brilliant.  Saj explained each dish and how we could make it later ourselves (She does have faith in us).  We would have no hesitation in using her services again except a word of warning!  When Saj asks for a big pan ask her to explain big in terms of actually size, eg, Inches.

Why?  Because her idea of big is not what we call big!!!
